Services for Alfred Kent Glanville, 67, of Killeen, will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Killeen. Burial will follow at 1 p.m. at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
Mr. Glanville died Dec. 27, 2018, at his home. He was born Jan. 21, 1951.
Mr. Alfred Glanville was born on January 21, 1951 in Cold Spring, New York. He was one of four children to Alfred and Loretta Glanville.
He joined the Military in 1969 and served his country till 1986, where he received an Honorable discharge. After the Military he went on to work for Centel and retired after 30 years.
He is survived by his sister, Sue Cushing, a son, Todd Glanville and wife Tammy Glanville, a daughter, Carlie Tuck and husband Phillip Tuck: 6 grandchildren, Trace Glanville, Taylor Glanville, Riley Mota, Hunter Rich, Kayla Arguelles, and Joseph Arguelles as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Alfred and Loretta Glanville, his brother, Greg Glanville, his sister, Kathy Holmes, and a granddaughter, Regan Wacker.
He had a passion for restoring late model vehicles as well as building model cars in his spare time.
He was loved by many and will be missed but never forgotten.
Visitation is at 10:30 a.m. at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel.
