Anita Flores
April 18, 1924 — September 7, 2012
Services for Anita V. Flores, 88, of Killeen, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at HarperTalasek Funeral Home chapel in Killeen with Father Vincent Saaveda officiating.
Mrs. Flores died Sept. 7, 2012, in a local nursing home. She was born April 18, 1924, in Austin.
She was educated in Austin and was a homemaker and loving mother. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she volunteered with the Spanish Curisolla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy R. Flores.
Survivors include a son, Candelario Flores of Killeen daughters, Josephine Anna Sears of Nolanville, Norma J. Proctor of Albany, Ga. six grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren. brother, Joe Valles of Austin and sister, Mary Rios of Austin.
