Antonia Hermosillo

Antonia Rosales Hermosillo was born on August 15, 1924, in Coahuila, Mexico. She married Cornelio Hermosillo, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, on April 1, 1950. After many years of travel with the U.S. Army, they settled with their children in, Killeen, Texas in 1971. There she worked for KISD as a baker at Meadows Elementary school, where she retired in 1986, after 14 years of dedicated service. Antonia was an amazing and loving wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with her family. On Saturday, March 23, 2019, she passed away, surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Cornelio Hermosillo, and sons, Miguel, Ramon and Paul Hermosillo. Those left to cherish her memory are her devoted children and their spouses, Maria and Jesse Mace, Robert and Betty Hermosillo and Ida Torres. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and her great grandchildren.
