Bobbie Nell Thomson was born to James Henry Thomson and Lyda Dee (Hollingsworth) Thomson on January 9, 1928, in Rural Coryell County, Texas.
Blessed with favor, she met the love of her life, John F. Eads in Stephenville, Texas. They were united in holy matrimony on April 16, 1946 in Dimmitt, Texas. The blessings of four wonderful children were added to this honorable marriage that spanned the length of nearly seventy remarkable years.
They lived in Clovis, New Mexico, Denver City, Texas and Stephenville Texas before moving to Killeen in 1965. She went to the First Assembly of God of Killeen and later Faith Temple Church before she called Bethel Church of Killeen her home church for the past few years.
Affectionately referred to as a "prayer warrior" she exemplified the qualities of a virtuous woman, who strived to pray and lift everyone she knew up in the Lord. One of her greatest delights was singing with her husband as he played his guitar in church.
Her love for the Lord was the influence of her love for her family.
She loved her family and enjoyed her time with each one of them.
Early on the morning of July 25, 2018, Bobbie Eads gracefully entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Left to cherish her loving memories are her sons, John Dewayne Eads and his wife Timmie of Killeen, James Cogo Eads and his wife Hazel of Killeen; Daughters, Glenda Nell Lewis of Killeen, Sheila Kay Binion, and her husband Danny of Killeen; sisters, Lynda Ellis of Killeen, Jerry McCarver of Gatesville, Texas, and Peggy Wilkinson of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
