Candido Torres

Mass of Christian burial for Candido Torres, 63, of Killeen will be Saturday June 4, 2016, 10 am
at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, burial to follow at the Killeen City Cemetery.

Candido passed on May the 25th, 2016 at a Temple, Texas hospital.

He was born April 15, 1953, in Bronx, New York, where he also graduated high school.
He went to work right out of school as a laborer, working for many factories before
moving to Killeen in 1972. Here he worked for H Moving for many years.

Candido enjoyed baseball, playing handball and tennis. He was an avid collector of
super hero memorabilia.

He is survived by his brother, Angelo Torres, Killeen; sisters Nereida Alejandro, Killeen, and Polly Baca, Las Vegas, NV, 3 nieces and 15 nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Candido and Maria Torres, brother, Candido, and sisters,
Ana and Juana Torres.

Visitation will be on June 3rd from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in
Killeen with a rosary recited at 7 pm.
