Carl Millsap

Carl Lee Millsap was born in Copperas Cove to the Jim and Minnie Millsap. He attended Copperas Cove High School Carl went to work for the local telephone company in 1954. He was then drafted into the US Army in 1958 where he served until June 1960 he then returned to the phone company and worked as a lineman, installer, and Central office technician retiring from Sprint in 1993 an avid sports fan he loved to watch the Cowboys, Rangers, and Spurs.

Preceded by death was brother, William Millsap, and sister Charlene Millsap Wilson.

Left to cherish his memories are, sons: Steven and wife Debbie Millsap, Killeen James and wife Amy Millsap, Harker Heights daughters: Linda and husband Donald Hutto, Harker Heights Betty Boriskie and Randy Kiley, Slidell, LA Sister: Edith Schwartz, Belton: 10 grandchildren, 8 Greatgrandchildren.
