Carolyn Thompson

Funeral services for Carolyn Thompson, 75 , of Cleburne, will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy Towers officiating. Mrs. Thompson died Nov. 17, 2009, at a local hospital. Mrs. Thompson was born May 24, 1934, in Lakeview, Ore. BRBRMrs. Thompson was educated in Oregon. She married Floyd Holt. He was in the Army, and they traveled to many different stations for 21 years, finally settling in Granbury. They
orced and she married Tommy Thompson in 1986. Carolyn pursued her many interests: cooking, sewing, crocheting, travel, gardening and bowling. Her real passion was her family and pets. The family would like to thank all the obgyn staff of Scott White Hospital for their care and concern shown to Carol and her family. BRBRMrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Thompson; father, Howard Malcom Reynolds and her daughter, Sonia Kay Thompson. BRBRSurvivors include daughters, Diana Lynne Gunnels of Copperas Cove, Lynda Carrol Hairrell and her husband, Loyd, of Denton, Tammy Lee McClintock and her husband, Kenny, of Houston, a son in law Gray Thompsom, of Cleburne, Cynthia DeVarona and her husband, Fernando, of Belton; a sister, Virginia Loraine McIntosh, of Estacada, Ore.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
