Catherine Oplinger

Services for Catherine C.J. Oplinger, 47, of Copperas Cove are set for 2:00 pm Saturday at HarperTalasek Funeral Home Chapel in Killeen with David Shaver officiating.

C. J. was born at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri on November 4, 1965 to Norman
Thomas Oplinger and Monique Jaffrezic Oplinger. She attended Killeen schools until the 10th grade and then transferred to Greensburg, PA. She was a born again Christian and loved animals of all kinds.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George Jaffrezic, Norman C. Oplinger and her God Father, Rene Jaffrezic and several aunts and uncles.

Survivors include her signifanct other, Brad Cox four children, Tamika Silva, Valencia Allen, Joshua Gaulding, Quinton Gaulding father and step mother Norman and Emma Oplinger mother, Monique Schafer sister, Martine Oplinger, granddaughters, Kamiah and Promise Oplinger grandparents, Mary Louise Jaffrezic and Gertrude Friend God Mother and Aunt, Marie Claude Jaffrezic as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

If desired, in memory of C.J., donations can be made to the ASPCA or organizations that help the elderly.
