Charles Ashby Sr.

Charles Kinzey Ashby Sr. 77, of wheeling WV, residing in Killeen, TX, passed peacefully at home. Son of the late William & Adaline Burge, Charles was a retired laundry worker,  loving husband and father who attended Abundant life church with his wife. He loved fishing, billiards,  and spending time with his family and friends. He's preceded in death by his mother and father, Adaline Adams Burge and William Burge, 2 sisters, Kathleen and Deloras, 3 brothers, Frances, Joseph, and William, and eldest son, Charles Kinzey Ashby Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 yrs. Agnes Hamilton Ashby, youngest son William Andrew Ashby with wife Melissa of Wheeling, WV. His daughter, Deloras Virginia Paul with husband Daniel Huston Paul of Killeen, TX. A sister Mary Wilson and brother Thomas Ashby, also of Wheeling, WV. 17 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren,  several nieces and nephews. Charles lived a long full life and will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
