Darlene Dewitt

Darlene Schoessow Dewitt, 70, of Harker Heights passed away on December 6, 2011 in Temple. Services will be at 1:00 PM, Monday December 12, 2011 at Harper Talasek Funeral Home Chapel In Killeen with Rev. Jay Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Killeen Memorial Garden Cemetery. Darlene married George Dewitt in 1982 in Bell County. She was a homemaker who enjoyed her kids, grandkids and bowling.
She is survived by her husband George of Harker Heights two sons George A. Dewitt and wife Kristal of Nolanville, Karl Schoessow and girlfriend Sandy of Harker Heights. Six daughters Wanda Villarreal and husband David of Killeen, Elizabeth Davis of Harker Heights, Cheryl Bassa of Temple, Karen Sutter and husband Marty of Rogers, Barbara Ansay and husband Jim of Temple, Sharon K. Gibson and husband Tracy of Gatesville. Two brothers, Leroy and Dale Schmidt of Wisconsin. Two sisters, Shirley Warner of Illinois and Bonnie Morassini of Connecticut. 18 grandchildren and 15 greatgrandchildren.
A visitation will be held Sunday, December 11, 2011 at the Harper Talasek Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00p.m.
