Don Robert GaultBRServices for Don Robert Gault, 67, of Corpus Christi, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Harper-Talasek Chapel with Rev. Larry Freeman officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009, at the Caribbean Baptist Church, 3125 Waldron Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78418. Don Robert Gault went to be with the Lord, Oct. 18, 2009. BRBRHe served in the U.S. Navy from 1961-1965. He retired from the Railroad Commission of Texas after 21 years. The illness that took his life never overcame his beautiful spirit. He was a member of Caribbean Baptist Church of Corpus Christi and served as a deacon most of his life. His hobbies were fishing, hiking, family vacations, baseball, leather crafts and collecting memorabilia. BRBRMr. Gault was preceded in death by his parents, George Franklin and Minnie Wells Gault. BRBRSurvivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Mary Gault of Corpus Christi; two daughters, Shelly Clark and her husband, Jeff, of Corpus Christi, Terri Rodgers and her husband, Chris, of Bishop; granddaughter, Jennifer Coleman and her husband, Harley, of Bishop; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Brady Coleman; one brother, Frank Milton Gault and his wife, Suzanne, of Arlington; and many nephews and nieces.
