Donna Mcilwain

Donna (Bryington) McIlwain fo Killeen, Texas went to be with the lord on 2 May 2019.

Donna McIlwain was born on 6 May 1954 in Blossburg, PA to the late John (Jack) and Jessie Bryington. On 22 July 1978 Donna married the love of her life. They shared nearly 41 wonderful years and raised two children. She was a wonderful house wife while her husband was in the Army. Upon his retirement she started teaching at various private Christian schools. She also mentored young wives new to the Military over the issues that come with Military life. She also liked to travel with her best friend. Together they have seen forty nine of the fifty states, as well as her travels aboard to Ireland, England, Wales, as well as taking a cruise to the Bahamas. She went to her home town of Canton every summer to beat the heat of Texas. She was active in cancer programs.

Donna was preceded by her parents, sister; Glenda Thompson and her twin brother Daniel Bryington.

Donna is survived by her husband Joseph McIlwain of Killeen, Texas, daughter Jennifer (Michael) Young of Norfolk, Virginia, son Jeremy (Esther) McIlwain of Killeen, Texas, sisters; Doris (Dale) Terry of Elmira, New York and Linda Johnson of Elmira, New York, brothers; Paul (Carol) Bryington of Gillett, PA and John (Gail() Bryington of Roaring Branch, PA.
