A memorial service for Dorothy Louise Griffith, 67, formerly of Killeen, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2009, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Killeen with Ken Adams officiating.BRBRDorothy Louise Griffith passed away May 18, 2009, in a Palestine hospital.BRBRShe was born Sept. 20, 1941, in Killeen, and was a lifelong resident. She worked as a waitress, store cashier, and most of her life as an apartment manager; and loved to play bingo.BRBRMs. Griffith was preceded in death by her parents, James Corbet and Bessie Mae Magee; and her brothers Kenneth and Buddy Magee.BRBRSurvivors include a son, Terry Seitz, of Montalba; brothers, Henry McGee of Killeen, Butch McGee of Belton, Kerry McGee of Colorado Springs, Colo.; sisters, Susan Manning of Nolanville; Betty Sambrosky of Bedford; and a grandchild, Shawn Seitz, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.BR
