Dudley C. Dowell passed away Monday, March 16, 2015, at a local hospital in Harker Heights.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Dowell; brothers David Dowell, Jackie Burton Dowell and Dale Dowell; and sister Pat Powell; three sons; Russell Jason Dowell, Michael Leigh Titus and Colter Hood; four daughters; Trisha Pearl Rowland, Nickie Dancer, Sandy Kay Noe and Jemma Gandara; 20 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
