Elizabeth Ann Armstrong, age 56 of Salado, daughter of Don Armstrong and the late Marcia Armstrong, sister of Helen (Armstrong) Lightsey and Marcia (Armstrong) Hardy, passed away in her sleep from natural causes on Sunday, January 26, 2025. Graveside services for Elizabeth will be held at the Killeen City Cemetery on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 2 pm.
Born and raised in Killeen, Elizabeth graduated from Killeen High School in 1987, attended Central Texas College for her basic courses, and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in social work from Tarleton State University and a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
The last several years of her life were spent taking care of her parents, whom she loved very much, and spending time with her sisters and their families.
Elizabeth was a fan of sports, westerns, Star Wars, and especially her four nephews, James, Samuel, Thomas, and Daniel.
She was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
