Elouise Nunnally

Services for Elouise F. Nunnally, 94, of Killeen, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. J.A. Moland officiating. Interment will follow at Killeen City Cemetery.

Sister Elouise F. Nunnally was born in Claxton, Chattam County Georgia to the late Hatte Belle and Fred Stafford on July 20, 1918. She was a proud loving mother of 7 Clyde, Henry, Donald, George, Cora, Gladys, and Eugene.
She cared deeply for all of her children, mentoring, protecting, and guiding them into the path of adulthood. She volunteered at some of her grandchildrens school as part of the HOSTS Program through K.I.S.D as they were growing up.

She had 33 grandchildren. Clyde Williams had 1 stepchild Conrad Williams. George Nunnally had 4 children Michelle, Bernard, Regina, Cory. Henry DuPont has 7 children and 4 step children Michael, Manuela, Jesse, Audrey, Dianna, Nicole, Tangela and step children Stephen Tonja, Joseph, and Aubrey. Gladys had 4 children Kesha, Tina, Walter, Arielle. Donald and Versie DuPont had 3 children Leonard, Versonya, Dewayne. Cora had 6 children Lisa Bradshaw, Obey, Phillp, Joseph, Chris. Eugene had 4 children Raymond, Natasha, Erica, Jacqueline. Also, there are hosts great grandchildren in addition to her children and grandchildren that will cherish the memories she has blessed everybody with.

She came to Killeen, Texas in 1971 and became a member of Marlboro Heights Missionary Baptist Church in 1984 where Reverend R.A Abercrombie was the pastor.

She was a part of the Mission Board and Bus Ministries where she traveled the world spreading the word of God from Texas, to Georgia, all the way to Egypt and Jerusalem. She was busy working there until later her pastor went to live with the Lord in 1991. In June 1994 she became a member of Greater Peace Missionary Baptist Church where she moved her ministries teaching Sign Language, attending Sunday school, VBS, Missions in Action, and was a loyal member of the choir.

She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her 2 brothers Wallace and JD Stafford her 2 sons Clyde Williams and George Nunnally and her daughter Cora Nunnally and her late husband George Nunnally. In her memory she leaves behind her older sister Ola Mae Garner, Cousin Lula Mae, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives, friends, and church families.
