Fausta Morales

Fausta Morales, 97, of Killeen, passed away on May 16, 2023 in her home. Funeral services will be held at Killeen City Cemetery on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 3pm with Fr. Chris Downey officiating. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 13, from 10am to 12pm at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Harker Heights.

Fausta was born on October 13, 1925, in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico to parents, Hilario Rodriguez and Juana Muryette. She lived in many places throughout her life and always did her best to be a wonderful mother to her 5 children, who are all devastated by her loss.

Fausta was preceded in death by her parents, 14 siblings, and her husband, Fundador Morales, who passed away in 1998.

Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Nativity Snyder; 5 children, Noel Morales, Lylia Balicki, Dean Morales, Helen Sherod and John Morales; 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.
