Florence Lape Barcinas, age 65, of Inarajan, Guam passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021 in Texas.

Florence was preceded in death by her sons, Fernando Lape Barcinas and Paul Lape Barcinas; granddaughter, Paul’Ani Lynn Quinata Barcinas;  parents, Dedrick Laval & Elizabeth San Nicolas Lape; brothers, Douglas Lape and Peter Paul Lape; sister, Evelyn Asmus; brothers-in-law Frank San Nicolas and Gerald Ingersoll; parents-in-law Gabriel Reyes & Fermina “Ebil” Barcinas; brothers-in-law, Gabriel Barcinas, Vicente Meno, Jose Sanchez; sister-in-law Rita Barcinas.

Florence’s love and memories will forever remain in the hearts of her husband of 47 years, Joaquin Barcinas. Children & family: † Fernando Barcinas(Kyler, Meghan(Aidan, Ariah), Kylean(Kaylee), Elizabeth(Rachel), Tyler Cruz); † Paul & Daisy Barcinas(Dedrick,† Paul’Ani, Amari); Ernest & Meredith  Barcinas (Elicia(Leonel), Presilla, Alexis, Alejandra, Benjamin, Charlotte); Gabriel Barcinas & Georsel Paulino(Dominic, Gage, Gwen, Serene).  Stepchildren & family: Lisa & Russell Conklin(Nova, Jared); Giana Leon Guerrero. Reared daughter: Yvonne Francisco.

Siblings: Dorothy &† Frank San Nicolas; Nora & †Gerald Ingersoll; †Douglas & Lillian Lape; Mildred Lape & Robert Cruz; Dedrick & Cheryl Lape; Virginia Danner; Robert Dimmit.

She will be greatly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Last respects for family and friends in Texas will take place at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home located at 506 N 38th St. Killeen, TX 76543 on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 6pm-8pm with rosary at 7pm. We will bid her farewell as she embarks on her journey to her final resting place in Guam .
