Frank Conte

June 1, 1929 — March 5, 2010

Frank Del Conte, beloved husband, father, grandfather and proud Marine Veteran, with his wife by his side, was called home on March 5, 2010.
During his life he exemplified love, kindness, strength and courage to all who knew him. He was the type of man who never met a stranger and loved to make people laugh.
The love for his pets was yet a further testament of the kindness in his heart. Frank was a huge fan of cowboy movies and always loved listening to stories told by family and friends. After his 32 years as a Marine, he went on to pursue a career in the jewelry business, which he loved and as a result, enjoyed many lasting friendships.

He truly enjoyed being a member of the following organizations: Karem Shrine of Waco, TX St. Johns Lodge in Wilmington, NC Wes Bell Shrine Club of Killeen, TX Killeen Masonic Lodge Copperas Cove Scottish Rite Club Order of the Eastern Star, Copperas Cove Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, Gatesville Chapter Life member of the VFW Killeen Chapter and Life DAV member.

Frank is survived by his wife, Shirley Del Conte of Killeen Daughter, Angie CorleyCreech and her husband Damon of Sugar Land, TX Son, Frank Del Conte Jr. of Los Angeles, CA Daughter, Tina Del ConteLeak and her husband Charles of Wilmington, NC Three grandchildren, Logan, Savannah and Aidan, also of Sugar Land, TX.
