A Mass of Christian burial will be held for Freddie Mundo Cepeda, 61, of Killeen will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Adam Martinez officiating.

Interment with full military honors will follow at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

Freddie Mundo Cepeda known as Papa entered into eternal rest on June 15, 2014 and now joins his daughter Crystal Flores Cepeda in peace with the Heavenly Father. Freddie also lovingly known as The Mayor of Duran was Born in Maina, Guam to the late Antonio and Isabel Cepeda.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Patsy Flores Cepeda sons Clint and Chad daughter Camie grandchildren Dillon, Melysa, Vedrick, Daysha, Dyonne, Devin, Dyzelle, Emery and Numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 pm at HarperTalasek Funeral Home, with rosary at 7 pm.
