Georgia Jetton

Memorial services for Georgia Marie Jetton (Lusk) will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday March 25, 2019 at Harper Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen.

Georgia, 65 of Killeen, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at her home. She was born July 15, 1953 to Tom and Belva Lusk (Ammons) in Atlanta, TX. She spent her childhood and high-school years in Tulsa, which is also where she met her husband Leebert Jetton Jr. They were married August 24th, 1973. They relocated to Killeen, TX and raised three children. Georgia's most important and most challenging task in life was raising her children. Aside from that, she spent most of her career as a computer programmer. She found her way into apartment maintenance in which she enjoyed and continued to do until her retirement.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father: George Thomas II and Belva Lusk, her brother: George Lusk III (Peewee) and Aunt Maxine Musgrove.

She is survived by her spouse of 45 years: Leebert Jetton Jr., three children: Christopher Gene Jetton, David Lee Jetton and Rose Marie and spouse Rene Fernandez, and grandchildren: Christopher Michael Jetton, Jose Carlos DeLaGarza, Alina Fernandez and Darian Fernandez.

Georgia Jetton enjoyed her Dallas Cowboys, John Wayne and her front porch. GO COWBOYS!!
