Georgia Tanner

Georgia Elaine McNeal was born November 12, 1960, to Andrew and Marianna McNeal in Wichita, KS.

As a Child Georgia moved around a lot due to her father being in the military.  The family settled in San Diego, California where Georgia completed her formal education at Lincoln High School.

In 1979 Georgia married Ronnie Lee Tanner SR., to which she birthed two children, Ronnie Lee Tanner JR., and Nakisha Tanner.  Georgia was the grandmother of six beautiful grandchildren; Danielle (who proceeded her in death), Deniah, Delisha, Desabion JR., Demarion and Ronnie Lee Tanner III.

After many years the marriage dissolved and Georgia met and married Melvin DeLoach, in 2014, in San Diego, California.  In 2015, the couple relocated to Killeen, Texas where they remarried and remained married until her passing.
