Heidi Mcgraw

Services for Heidi McGraw, 78, of Killeen will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church.

Heidi died peacefully surrounded by her love ones at her home on August 16, 2017.

She was born January 2, 1939 to Octavia Ritter and Jo'han Reichelodé�rfer in Erlangen, Germany.

Heidi graduated from high school in Germany.

She married the late Robert Gideon McGraw JR. on January 21, 1961 and traveled with him while he served at various military bases to include Fort Hood.

Heidi worked for the US Postal Service for over thirty years. She was an Endowed Life member of the Killeen Chapter # 490 Order of the Eastern Stars where she held the office of the Worthy Matron four times and many other Grand Chapter Committees.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Survivors include her sons, Robert McGraw III of Pflugerville and Yancey McGraw of Nolanville; daughter, Lela McGraw of Killeen; three grandchildren, Tiffany Depew, Adam Lowrey and Brittnee Lowrey; two great grandchildren, Cameron Christopher McDade and Kelsey June McDade.

Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Funeral home, followed by a Celebration of Life at the home of Heidi.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Heidi's name to the Shriners Hospital.
