Funeral services for Jack Michael Dimitri Patton, 21, of Killeen, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at HarperTalasek Chapel in Killeen with the Rev. Mike Quintana officiating. Burial will be at Killeen City Cemetery.

Mr. Patton died Nov. 27, 2014, in Harker Heights. He was born Nov. 26, 1993, in Temple.

He was a lifelong resident of Killeen. He was a member of the 2012 Killeen varsity football team and graduated from Killeen High School in 2012.

Mr. Patton was a junior at the University of Houston at Victoria. He had a passion for working with children and was the site director of the YMCA in Victoria. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and family.

Survivors include his father, Jack M. Patton, of Salado mother, Laurel Sanchez, of Killeen stepfather, Angel Sanchez, of Killeen maternal grandmother, Laurie Quinn, of Killeen paternal grandparents, Jack M. Patton, of Cheyenne Wyo., and Nora Patton, of Bellevue, Neb greatgrandfather Thomas Quinn and his wife Becky, Burlington, Mass sisters, Heaven Eskholme, of Killeen and Tatiana Patton, of Killeen and nieces, Jaiden Jones, of Killeen, and Jaziya Thomas, of Killeen numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Killeen, which is in charge of arrangements.
