Jimmy Mcdonald

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Chapel in Killeen. Funeral services for Jimmy Leo McDonald, 65, of Harker Heights, will be at 11:15 a.m. Friday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Chapel in Killeen. Burial is at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

Jimmy was born on April 28th, 1953 in Straubing, Germany. Mr. McDonald was called home to reunite with his mother Ursula McDonald, Father, A.J. McDonald and son Little Jimmy McDonald on June 28th, 2018.

Jimmy was a U.S. Army Veteran proudly serving from 1970-1973.

Mr. McDonald was a lifetime member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife Brenda McDonald of Harker Heights, Texas, Brother Johnny McDonald of Owasso, Oklahoma, Sister Janet Morrison-Cooper of Salado, TX. Jimmy had 2 children, daughter Ursula Anderson and husband James Anderson of Killeen, Texas; son James McDonald and wife Cason McDonald of Quitman, Texas; 8 grandchildren Haley, Hannah and Hudson of Killeen, Texas, Joseph, Gunner, Treasure, Isabelle & Anabelle of Quitman, TX.

Jimmy was a wonderful, fun loving husband, father and grandfather. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Ich Liebe Dich
