John Hanley

A memorial service for John F. Hanley, 53, of Killeen, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Adam Martinez officiating. Mr. Hanley died March 23, 2010, at a Killeen hospital.

He was born Aug. 28, 1956, at Fort Sam Houston. He lived most of his life in Killeen and graduated from Killeen High School. He worked as a carpenter for several contractors in Killeen and South Texas. He was a kind and gentle soul who had many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald T. Hanley.

Survivors include his mother, Florence Hanley of Killeen brothers, Daniel P. Hanley Donna of Prosper, Thomas A. Hanley Patricia of Houston, Michael J. Hanley Andrea of Austin, James R. Hanley Patricia of Copperas Cove and numerous nieces and nephews.
