Joseph Scott Ogas

Joseph Scott Ogas, age 62 of Copperas Cove, passed from this life Friday, March 8, 2024. Private services were held, and he was buried at the Copperas Cove Cemetery.

Joseph was born on June 8, 1961, to Maximo Barrios and Clara Jane (Berry) Ogas in Ft. Knox, Kentucky. He was self-employed and managed many of his own rental properties. Joseph was an extraordinary man. He had an overflowing love for his wife, Ann. He always talked about her so fondly and made it clear that his heart belonged to her. Joe was always determined; his strength and perseverance was evident. He was a hard worker and could work circles around men half his age. He was loved and he will be missed. His memory will live on forever in our hearts.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Max Clayton Ogas, and John Paul Ogas.

Survivors include his son, Michael Joseph Ogas; and daughter, Elisa Jo Martin.
