Josephine Huerta Brown

Josephine Brown, age 77 of Harker Heights, passed from this life Thursday, March 28, 2024, in Round Rock, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen.

Josephine was born on December 15, 1946. She worked for the Temple VA and as a Home Health Nurse. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren.

Josephine was preceded by her sons, Deon Brown, and Mickey Matheny; and her daughter, Donna Ryder.

She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Survivors include her daughter, Mattie Brown; 3 grandchildren, Arianna Rains Coleman, Elijah D. Coleman, and Caliyaha S. Coleman; and great grandchild, Arseus Rains.

A time of visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at the funeral home.
