She was a proud grandmother to Alex Faes and Jennifer Faes, and a step-grandmother to Bryce Seeley and Jessica Seeley. Her niece, Haylee Esmond, held a very special place in her heart, Julia lovingly referred to her as a granddaughter.
Julia was known for the laughter in her voice, her love of a good party, and her sweet tooth, especially for peanut butter fudge. She insisted on having her own Easter basket every year. In her later years, she enjoyed watching TV and playing bingo.
A celebration of Julia’s life will be held in the summer of 2026 in her hometown of Crosby, Pennsylvania.
