Juliann Asi

Funeral services for Juliann O. Asi, 43, of Nolanville will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Killeen. Interment will be at 9 a.m. Monday at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.

Mrs. Asi died Sept. 12, 2010, after a brief battle with cancer. She was born Aug. 29, 1967.

She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Gilbert Jr. her brother, Arnold Vincent Gilbert and son, Jonathan Edward Asi Gilbert.

Survivors include her husband, Edward sons, Royce and Jericho, both of Nolanville her mother, Christina Gilbert of Colorado sisters, Maria Samate and Agnes Hernandez, both of Colorado, Maila Leilani Gilbert of Georgia, Pamela Hampton, Brenda Faulkner, Barbara Gilbert and Patricia Ferdinand of California brothers, Joseph Wright of Georgia and Lucky Tagaolo, who is stationed in Germany numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with a rosary at 7 p.m. A reception will immediately follow the funeral service at American Legion Post 233 in Killeen.

HarperTalasek Funeral Home in Killeen is in charge of arrangements.
