Karin Miller

Funeral services for Karin C. Miller, 74, of Killeen will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Chapel, with visitation from 12 Noon to 2:00.
Mrs. Miller passed away June 25, 2015 at a Round Rock hospital.

She was born 1940 in during WWII in Czechoslovakia to Wenzel and Louse Simon. Her father, a soldier, was killed in France and after the end of the war she and her mother moved to Germany. Karin grew up and was educated in a small town. She met her husband of 54 years in Erlangen Germany. They lived most of their life in Europe moving to Florida in 1994. There they retired and began their travels of the US. They settled in Killeen in 2008. Karin enjoyed traveling, crocheting, knitting and sewing.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter, Angelika.

Karin is survived by her husband, Melvin Miller.
