Kenneth Richard Hinchcliff, 63, of Killeen, Texas, passed away on January 29. He was born on August 18, 1962, in Frankfurt, Germany, to William and Catherine Hinchcliff.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, William and Catherine Hinchcliff.
He is survived by his brothers, David Hinchcliff and Randy Stone; and his sister, Melissa Brown.
Services are entrusted to the care of Harper-Talasek Funeral Home of Killeen.
