Services of Lena F. Spivey, 74, of Killeen, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bailey Funeral Home in Clyde. Burial will follow at Clyde Cemetery.BRBRMrs. Spivey died Nov. 2, 2008, in Harker Heights. She was born May 22, 1934, at the Freeman Home in Clyde to Ed And Ivilene Freeman.BRBRShe was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Killeen. She retired after working a number of years a beautician in Clyde, Killeen and Dripping Springs.BRBRShe enjoyed bowling, working crossword puzzles and reading.BRBRSpivey was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Hubert Spivey, in June 1995; and by her parents.BRBRSurvivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Ronnie Parker of Harker Heights; her son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Cherie Spivey of Burnet; her grandsons, Adam Parker and wife Carrie of Harker Heights, Travis Parker of Harker Heights, and Jacob Spivey of Burnet; great-granddaughters, Bailey and Bevin Parker of Harker Heights; her sister, Eva Cooper of Abilene; and several nieces and nephews.BRBRVisitation is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen and from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Bailey Funeral Home in Clyde.BRBRMemorials maybe made to Memorial Baptist Church Project 31, 4001 Trimmier Road, Killeen, Texas 76542.BRBRHarper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen is handling the arrangements.
