Services for Leslie Laura Seidenberg will be held at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, Killeen, on Friday February 3rd at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Janice Jones officiating.
Leslie was born on December 10, 1924 in New York City, NY to Joseph and Josephine Bolton. She is a graduate of Santa Barbara High School and attended the University of Denver in Colorado. On March 15, 1948 she married Russell Seidenberg. She moved to Killeen, Texas in 1964 upon her husband's retirement from the U.S. Army. Leslie retired as a Library Technician of 29 years in the library branch at Ft. Hood.

She was an active club member from High School to the present, including Past President of the Officer's Wives Club in Augsburg, Germany; the Friendship Toast Mistress Club in Ft. Hood, TX; Globe Chapter of the American Business Women's Association (1972-1973 and 1982-1983) She was a Charter Member of the Central Texas Area ABWA Council, Treasurer of the International Women's Club in Frankfurt, Germany; Member of Alpha Gamma Delta; Past President of the Friends of the Killeen Public Library; Honorary Member and Past President of the Metroplex Health Systems Volunteers; Bell County Librarian Association and 1982 Woman of the Year Globe Chapter ABWA and Hall of Fame Central Texas ABWA area council.

Leslie was a long time member of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church in Killeen, Texas, where she served on Vestry for three years and a member of Daughters of the King. For the past 4 years she was a resident of Indian Oaks Living Center.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sons Russell Jr. and Richard Seidenberg.

She is survived by two grandchildren Catherine Seidenberg of Tomball, TX and Karen Seidenberg of Spring, TX; two great grandchildren Leah Donaldson and Gage Seidenberg both of Spring, TX; daughter-in-law Brenda Seidenberg of Montgomery, TX. and many friends who will miss her dearly.
Memorials can be made to St. Christopher's Episcopal Church or Friends of the Killeen Public Library.
