No services are planned for Lillian Marlene Riggio, 58, of Killeen.BRBRMs. Riggio died Feb. 21, 2009, in Fort Lewis, Wash. She was born June 16, 1950, in Terre Haute, Ind., to Thomas and Catherine Osbourne.BRBRShe worked for Civil Service for 32 years until her retirement in 2008. She was employed with RAM Inc. on Fort Hood and was on assignment at Fort Lewis at the time of her passing. She was known by her co-workers as a dedicated employee and a hard worker.BRBRLillian enjoyed traveling, gospel music, and she loved to watch the sunrise from her porch; but her greatest joy was spending time outdoors barbecuing with her friends and family.BRBRMs. Riggio was preceded in death by her parents.BRBRShe is survived by her son, Albert Riggio Loretta of Roanoke; her sisters, Emma Landon of Savage, Md., and Cheryl Donahue of Austin; her dear friends, Patricia Jesberger of Radcliffe, Ky., Alice Stockton of Killeen, Terri Deans of Copperas Cove, and Carleen Schult of Belton; five grandchildren; and her uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends in Kentucky and Fort Hood.BRBRVisitation is 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home, which is in charge of the arrangements.
