Our baby Lilliana Raquel Hernandez, left to be with the Lord on April 3, 2010, she will be in our hearts forever.
She is survived by her parents, Ramon and Ava Hernandez Maternal Grandparents Russell and Lillie Mae Clinton Paternal Grandparent Denise Hernandez.
Lilliana rests in heaven with her older sister Azia Raquel Hernandez.
