Services for Linda Stafford Davis, 58, of Killeen, will be at noon Friday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen, with Dr. John C. Hallum officiating. Interment will follow at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery. BRShe died Jan. 21, 2008.BRBRLinda was born July 20, 1949, in Houston. She lived in Killeen for 28 years while working on Fort Hood as a computer analyst and three and a half years in Washington, D.C. She spent her final days in Plano.BRBRShe was preceded in death by her son, Travis Earl Stafford; and her father, Ernest Jolet.BRBRSurvivors include her husband, James Davis; son, John P. Stafford; daughter, Michele Lahmann and her husband, Jake; grandson, Joseph Lahmann; stepsons, Jason Davis and James Lee Davis; stepdaughter, Naketa Davis; mother, Lois Jolet Chambless; sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn Jolet McDaniel and Richard McDaniel; numerous nieces and nephews; an aunt; cousins; and many friends.BRBRThe family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen.
