A Requiem mass will be held at 12:30 on Thursday Oct 10th at St. Paul Chong Hasong Catholic Church with Father Richard ORourke, MSC officiating.
Burial will be in VasserRawls Cemetery in Lewiston, Idaho at a later date.
Louise Ester Geidl passed away on October 5th 2013, at the age of 101.
Born in 1912 in Calgary, Canada, Louise graduated from Lewiston High School in 1930. She and Max Geidl were married at the Lewiston Court House in 1932. She worked as a sales clerk at Woolworths department store for about 10 years. Her hobbies included cooking, sewing, gardening, and traveling.
Mrs. Geidl moved to Bellevue, Washington after the death of her husband in 1971. She lived in the Bellevue area until her move to Texas in 1997. She has resided in Texas for the last 16 years. Mrs. Geidl traveled around the United States as well as Europe.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ida Morrison, husband, Max Geidl, Sister Zelma Thornton, Brothers Harold and James Morrison, brothersinlaw Daniel, John, and Mike Geidl, Doyle Thornton, sistersinlaw Mary Myers, and Midge Morrison.
Louise Geidl is survived by two daughters and two sonsinlaw. Janese and Gene White of Palm Springs, California Allie and Dale Krebs ofHarker Heights, Texas Two grandchildren, Becky White of Billings, Montana andKathy Heiser ofFerndale, Washington eight grandchildren, Celeste, Autumn, Abby, John, Emily, Valerie, Shane, and Kris, and four great, great grand children, Shay, Rorie, Max, and Halle.
A viewing will be held from 68pm with a rosary service from 78pm. Wednesday Oct 9th at the HarperTalasek funeral home in Killeen.
