Maria Luisa Pagan, 92, of Killeen, passed away in the late evening on Thursday, March 25, 2021. Maria Luisa was born on December 13th, 1928 in Cayey, Puerto Rico, to the late Carlos Torres and Maria Rivera. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Samuel Pagan, and sister Ada Torres, and her great-granddaughter Belicia. She is survived by her children: two sons: Jesus Samuel and Edgar; two daughters: Vanessa and Valerie; seven grandchildren: Jonathan, Chrissy, Jennifer, Adriana, Cristina, Victoria and Eric; three great-grandchildren: Carmela, Ezra and Emilia; two sisters: Judith and Wilma, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Maria Luisa was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who led life through her strong will and devotion to her faith. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home with a rosary at 7:00pm.
Funeral mass will be on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Chris Downey officiating, Interment services will follow at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.
