Ok Soo Kennedy

Ok Soo Kennedy, age 94 of Round Rock, passed from this life Friday, February 16, 2024. Services will be held Friday, March 1, 2024, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen, with a visitation starting at 9 am and funeral to follow at 11 am. Burial will be in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen at 1 pm.

Ok Soo was born on August 1, 1929, in Seoul, Korea. She was a cosmetologist, working in the beauty industry for many years. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, traveling, and going to church. Ok Soo also loved watching animal shows on National Geographic. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family.

Ok Soo was preceded by her loving husband, Clyde Kennedy; brothers, Seong Soo Han, and Dong Soo Han; and sisters, Eun Soo Han, and Yun Soo Han.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her daughter, Hyun Sook Close; sister, Bok Soo Lee; grandchildren, Gary Humphrey, Robert Houchins, and Michele Close; and great grandchildren, Makenzie, Peighton, Kaydence, Aspyn, Vincent, and Hugo.
