Funeral services for Pete P. Garcia, of Killeen, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at HarperTalasek Funeral Home Chapel in Killeen with Deacon Adam officiating. Burial will follow at Killeen City Cemetery.
Mr. Garcia died June 20, 2013, at a local hospital. He was born Jan. 18, 1937, in Gonzales.
He will be greatly missed by all those who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kelly his parents, Sarah and Fernando a brother, Andy and a sister, Tomasa Scott.
Survivors include his daughter, Lisa and her husband, Angel Mendoza, of Leander son, Pete D. and his wife, Cherry Garcia, of Cedar Park grandchildren, Sergio, Deanna, Nicolas, Maraih, Ariel and Marcus greatgrandchildren, Mia and Aaron Mendoza and Veronica Correa sisters, Paula Garcia, Vicky Mesa of Killeen and Ramona Moreno and a brother, Tony Garcia, of Watsonville, Calif.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday with a rosary at 7 p.m. at St. Paul Hasang Catholic Church
