Funeral services for Phyllis M. Rackley, 64, of Killeen, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home with the Rev. Nathan Pruett officiating. Interment will be in Live Oak Cemetery in Youngsport.BRShe died Aug. 31, 2007, at a Temple hospital.BRPhyllis was born Oct. 28, 1942, and was educated in Hamlin.BRShe married Samuel Rackley in 1962.BRShe was a service manager for Bartlett Electric Co-op. She loved her birds and was an avid collector of Precious Moments figurines.BRSurvivors include a son, John Rackley and his wife, Robin, of Harker Heights; a daughter, DeAnn Hughes of Killeen; a sister, Debra Pruett of San Angelo; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.BRShe was preceded in death by her husband.BRVisitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home in Killeen.
