Roberta Boyd

Funeral services for Roberta C. Boyd, 83, of Killeen, Texas, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Darlene Grant officiating. Interment will follow in the Killeen City Cemetery.

She died November 29, 2007, at her residence.

Roberta was born March 16, 1924, in Woodville, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert H. Boyd; parents; Amos and Viola McAlister; brothers; Jack and Jim McAlister; and sisters, Blanchie McMillian, Ruby Poindexter, Naomi McAlister and Amy Bogan.

Survivors include son; Travis Boyd and his wife Angie; daughters; Patricia Predgo and her husband William; Roxy Cardoza and her husband Shann; grandsons; Craig Redington, Brandon and Patrick Cardoza and Thomas Boyd; granddaughters; Rhonda Zellmer, Laura Brooks, Lisa Clingon, Terry Henderson and Becky Patterson.

The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m.Monday at the funeral home.
