Rosa Jones

Services for Rosa Lee Jones, 86, of Killeen, are at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Marlboro Heights Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. Shaun L. Moton officiating. Interment will be at the Killeen City Cemetery.BRBRShe died Aug. 21, 2008, in a local hospital. Jones was born March 9, 1922, in Natchez, Miss.

BRAmong the host of those who preceded her deliverance from this earthly life are: her parents: Albert and AlvinaFowler Gasby; Husband: Jimmy Jones; One son: Jimmy Jones Jr.; One Daughter; Jessie Dixon; and One sister: Alvina Gasby. Among those left to await the imminent and inevitable reunion in eternity are her children: Vivian Jackson, Killeen, Texas; Albert Brenda Jones, Carrollton, Texas; Anthony Stephanie Jones, Arlington, Texas; Sonya Douglas Smith, Arlington; Morgen Richard Gray, Fresno, California; One brother: Albert Gasby; twenty grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a host of other nieces, nephews and friends.BRVisitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
