Services for Ruth Mae Wiggins Richter, 67 of Belton will be 10 AM Monday, April 2, at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church LCMS, in Belton. Burial will follow at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Ruth died March 24, 2012, in a Temple Hospital. Ruth was born in Liberal Kansas on May 4, 1944 to Odis and Gladys Wiggins. Early in life she was a homemaker, later in life she worked as a home health caregiver, what she loved most of all was taking care of babies. Ruth was preceded in death by one son Robert James Costello, one brother Charles Wiggins, and her parents. Survivors include husband Kenneth D. Richter, son Matt Costello, sister Elizabeth Gallagher of Copperas Cove, Step Daughter Emily C. Nicklas of Athens, LA, stepson Robert Richter of Minden, LA, 2 brothers David Wiggins of Little River, Karl Wiggins of Killeen, 6 grandchildren Dustin Vinson, Tucker and Dawson Costello of Belton, Trey Langston, Raven and Morgan Nicklas of Athens, LA, 5 nephews Jason Wiggins, Buck Wiggins, Robert Flynn, Brent Gallagher, and Austin Gallagher, 3 great nephews Tyler Wiggins, Ryan Sikes, and James Gallagher, and 1 great niece Skylee Wiggins. Visitation is from 58PM Sunday April 1st at Harper Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen.
