Stella Williams

Services for Stella Mae Williams, 91, will be held on Saturday December 30, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. with visitation starting at 12:00 P.M..

Stella passed away peacefully on December 21, 2017 while at the Indian Oak Nursing Home. She was born on March 9,1926 in Hewitt, TX to the parents of Robert Williams & Pearl Mason.

Stella lived in Temple, TX for years and then moved to Amarillo, TX between 40-50 years ago.

She loved everybody and would do anything for you. She truly loved to cook and sew.

Stella was preceded in death by both of her parents, her sisters, Dorothy of Houston, TX & Bobbie of California; her brothers, Larry Williams & Shane Williams from Minneapolis, Minnesota.

She left to cherish her memories are sons, George Hicks of Beaumont, TX, David Hicks of Abilene, TX, Joseph Hancock of Amarillo, TX; daughters, Pearlene & husband Eisenhower of Killeen, TX, Mae Etta Walker and her husband Terry of Abilene, TX, Mary Louis and husband Johnny Reagins of Levelland, TX, Mary Ann Hightower of Killeen, TX, Estella Handcock of Amarillo, TX, Beulah Handcock of Amarillo, TX; brother, JW Williams & wife Doris of Waco; a host of grandchildren, around 62; a host of great grandchildren and an host of great great grandchildren. She loved them all the same.
