Suk Mason

Funeral services for Suk Cha Mason, 58, of Harker Heights, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Saint Luke's United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jong Nam Song will officiate. Internment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.BRBRMason died April 10, 2008, in a Temple hospital. She was born June 14, 1949, in Pusan, South Korea.BRBRBorn and raised in Pusan, she married Carl Mason in 1979. He preceded her in death in 1985. A rental property owner and businesswoman in Harker Heights, she was very active in her church, where she was an exhorting steward.BRBRShe was preceded in death by her husband, daughter Amy, and parents Moon Chun Park and Gun Sun Sung.BRBRShe is survived by a daughter, Angela Mason of Belton; brothers, Kang Houg Park of New York City and Chun Keu Park of Pusan; sisters, Doo Lee Park of Pusan, Sun Cha Hallhan of San Francisco and Kyong Cha Ganaha of Austin; two grandchildren and Ralph Dunn of Harker Heights, companion of many years.BRBRVisitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
