Vivian Henderson passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 81. She was born on December 7, 1944.

Vivian was a dedicated businesswoman and longtime member of the Killeen and Harker Heights communities. She owned and operated Hallmark Restaurant in Killeen, Henderson's Family Restaurant in Killeen, and Papa's Café in Harker Heights. Through her restaurants, she built lasting relationships and served her community with pride.

She had a deep love for animals, especially her dogs,and often spoke about wanting an emu one day. Vivian also enjoyed gardening and found peace in tending to trees and flowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Jerry Henderson; her sons, Eddy Henderson, Delbert Henderson; and brother-in-law, Denver Henderson.

Vivian is survived by her brother, James Owen; her nephew, Joseph Owen; her niece, Donna Flores; numerous grandchildren; and extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home, 506 N. 38th Street, Killeen, Texas. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home, 506 N. 38th Street, Killeen, Texas. Following the funeral, she will be laid to rest at McDowell Cemetery.
