Willard Jack Dunn

Willard Jack “Butch” Dunn, 86, of Killeen, Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 25 at the Church of Christ in Killeen at 10 am, with burial to follow at Live Oak Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday, November 24, from 5-7 pm at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home.

Willard was born on May 24, 1937, in Killeen to parents, Aaron Willard and Vera Laverne Dunn. He was a lifelong resident of Killeen, graduating from Killeen High School. On February 6, 1960, he married Patsy Williams, who he was with until her passing on August 8, 2010. Butch was a member of the Church of Christ Killeen. He enjoyed fishing, teaching Bible study, and getting together for meals and fellowship with friends and family.

Willard is preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Willard and Vera Laverne Dunn; wife, Patsy Dunn; and sister, Wilma Jo Dunn.

Left to cherish his memory are his brother, Aaron Wilson Dunn; sons, Wade Alan Dunn and wife, Cindy of Killeen, TX, William Bradley Dunn and wife, Jennifer of Morgans’s Point Resort, TX; and Jeffery Warren Dunn of Kenilworth, NJ; 8 grandchildren, Ricci, Sam, Erin, Kristi, Kathi, Joe, Jared, and Gabrielle; and 10 great-grandchildren, Aimee Lynn, Ainsley, Aubree, Beau, Julian, Jenavive, Jaxson, Joy, Michael, and Andrew.
