Funeral services for Sgt. William Travis Barker, 83, of Rockwall, will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery. Interment with full military honors will follow. brbr He was born June 2, 1929, in Rockwall. Baker died Feb. 18, 1951, while a prisoner of war in North Korea. He was recently repatriated to the United States.brbrHarper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen is in charge of arrangements.
